At RelayGrid, we're committed to transparency in all our trading liquidity programs. This policy explains how refunds work for our educational services and subscription plans.
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund process is designed to be straightforward while ensuring fairness for everyone involved. Please read through these guidelines carefully to understand your options.
Eligibility Criteria
Learning Programs
Full refunds available within 14 days of enrollment if you've accessed less than 20% of course materials. After that, we can discuss prorated options based on your progress.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months, but you'll retain access until the period ends. Pretty standard stuff.
Technical Issues
If platform problems prevent you from accessing content for more than 48 hours, we'll refund the affected period or extend your access. Just reach out to our team.
Event Cancellations
Full refunds issued automatically if we cancel a scheduled webinar or live session. You can also request transfers to future events instead.
The Refund Process
Submit Your Request
Email help@relaygridcom.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We review every request individually, usually within 24 hours on business days.
Review and Approval
Our team checks your eligibility based on the criteria above. We might ask for additional details if needed. Most requests get processed same day.
Processing
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with the transaction details and expected timeline.
Receive Your Refund
Funds return to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer but typically takes 5-7 business days.
Common Scenarios
Changed Your Mind Early?
If you enrolled in our autumn 2025 cohort but realize it's not the right time, you can get a full refund within the first two weeks as long as you haven't downloaded course materials or attended live sessions. We get it — timing matters.
Halfway Through?
Sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to withdraw after starting, we calculate prorated refunds based on unused content access. This applies to programs longer than 8 weeks.
Unexpected Circumstances
Medical emergencies, job loss, or other significant life events — we handle these individually. Reach out and we'll work something out that makes sense for your situation.

- Promotional or discounted enrollments follow the same refund policies as full-price purchases.
- Downloaded course materials, certification exams, or completed assessments may affect refund eligibility.

- Platform access is revoked immediately upon refund processing.
- Processing times may extend during Korean public holidays or year-end periods.
